Question 1

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Orders under $1,000 are paid in full. Orders of $1,000 or more start with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due on delivery. Subscriptions are due for the first month — or the full year on a yearly plan — when you order. Your order is confirmed only when the payment clears, so nothing is ever charged for an unconfirmed order.

Question 2

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Pick a package on the Pricing section, or build your own in the Estimate section and press “Order this build”. You pay securely by card, and work starts as soon as the payment clears.

Question 3

What do Live TV & OTT plans include?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes unlimited CDN bandwidth, delivery from 300+ cities worldwide, real-time analytics and a published programme guide for channels. There is no contract — you can cancel anytime — and every first subscription payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Question 4

Do I own my apps, channel and audience?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your apps are published under your own app-store accounts, and your subscribers and viewer data are yours to keep and export. Nothing you build with us is locked to us.

Question 5

How fast can my TV channel go live?

Accepted Answer

With your content ready, a channel can be on air the same day. We handle the full setup — schedule, graphics, apps and distribution — end to end.

Question 6

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Business websites start at $500 for a five-page site. Larger sites with a blog, SEO and animations are $1,499, and full platforms are scoped from $3,499. Mobile apps start at $5,000. Build your exact price in the Estimate section — the number you see is the number you pay.

Question 7

How much does it cost to launch my own TV channel?

Accepted Answer

Cloud playout channels run from $404 a month — $343 a month on yearly billing — and a complete OTT streaming service from $201 a month. Every plan includes unlimited bandwidth, delivery from 300+ cities and a 7-day money-back guarantee, with no contract.

Question 8

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Live TV, OTT and social media plans run with no contract. Upgrades take effect right away; a downgrade applies at your next billing date, so you never lose time you have already paid for.
